Ultra Sight Digital

I have the ATN Ultra Sight Digital. It was mounted on my AR-15 and worked fine until all of a sudden it would turn off from the recoil every time the rifle was fired. I can turn it back on with the on/off switch but is a pain to try to use in that condition. I understand their is a 2 year warranty on the product, but alas I did not retain my purchase receipt. Am I out of luck with getting warranty replacement on this item? Thanks.

Thank you for your post. Please unscrew the battery compartment and stretch out the spring on the cap. The problem you were having is that there is a connection failure between the battery and the spring, when you fire your weapon. When you stretch the battery cap spring, the battery has a firmer hold in the battery compartment. This should solve your problem.
