Will the Silicon Power Ultima 30x 128MB CompactFlash Memory Card replace or work in a digital camera that takes a smart media Olympus M-16P ID10card with the #K9s2808v0B-ssbo 238C? The card is 16mg

No, a Smart Card is not the same as a compact flash memory card. Different size. Sorry
