Streamlight Stinger LED

I just left the IACP show in Boston and walked by the Streamlight booth. They introduced a new Stinger LED that is very bright and has a Strobe feature. Do you know when you will have these for sale?

This is the first place I have seen this light talked about. I am one of maybe 100 people that received a Streamlight Stinger LED as a final Test and Evaluation.

I use this light everyday and I can tell you this light unbelievable. The Stinger LED has three brightness settings, and a strobe feature. I thought the Stinger LED would be pretty cool, but I had no idea how bright this thing would be. The first day I was messing around with the high setting and "flashed" myself. I was seeing spots for at least an hour.

The strobe feature seemed like a marketing ploy, until I saw how disorientating it can be.

The run time is much longer because it is a LED and you don't have to worry about changing the bulb.
