I need a digital camera where I can use the video recording the get still pictures from the video to upload on my computer. Pictures need to be good quality.
Any advice?

Hi
That is going to be more a matter of your photo software on your computer than it is the camera, itself. Don't offer a camera that will convert video to stills on its own.
