BINOCULARS WITH CAMERA FOR MACINTOSH COMPUTER

Postby Carol on Sat Jun 12, 2004 5:07 pm

I want to buy a camera/binocular combo for my husband, and looked at
one of the Bushnell products on sale for $99 at Sears. Unfortunately
it did not include the software to be used with an Apple Computer. We
have an iMac desktop and an older G3 laptop. Are there any combos
that will be usable with these?

Dear Carol

Thanks for your interest in our products!
If you have a niMac, you can use pretty much a bit more expensive binoculars with cameras have an External Memory slot that can accept Secure Digital (SD)/ Multi-Media Cards (MMC) flash memory slot - you can always buy some additional Secure Digital (SD) or Multi-Media Cards (MMC) memory cards.
We have many of them in our Digital Binoculars with Camera section

Bushnell 8x30 ImageView Digital Binoculars with LCD 1.3 Megapixel Camera 110830

and
Bushnell Image View 8x30 PLUS 2.1 Mega Pixels Digital Camera Binoculars SD/MMC slot 11-8321
http://www.opticsplanet.com/bushnell-im ... ulars.html
are some of the best digital binoculars, and will support any of Secure Digital (SD) or Multi-Media Cards (MMC) memory cards that you can use to transfer pictures from the digital camera to your Apple G3 Computer with a help of any MMC/CD card reader like
SanDisk ImageMate 8-in-1 Memory Multi-Card Reader / Writer
http://www.opticsplanet.com/zz-mc-rd-8in1.html
SimpleTech USB All in One Reader (6-1)
http://www.opticsplanet.com/simpletech- ... mc600.html
or you can even get a complete kit with the extra 128MB memory card and card reader Pentax 6 in 1 Digi-Kit w/ 128 SD Card
http://www.opticsplanet.com/pentax-6in1-sd-kit.html
All Macintosh computers come with a USB port to connect a card reader and plenty of pre-loaded software to view and manage digital pictures that you take with our digital binoculars cameras.
They are all really easy to connect and use, much easier than getting a driver for a camera to work, trust me!
I hope it helps

Best Regards,
