Digital USB Snapshot Pocket Camera

I'm a process server and would like to be able to take a quick snapshot of someone I'm serving for evidence that they were served. I need to find an inexpensive digital USB snapshot pocket camera that can take a photo in the day or night from about 6-8 feet away at someone's door. What do you have?

At that distnace, a conventional point and shoot camera with flash will do just fine. Try a Canon PowerShot 7.1 Megapixel Digital ELPH SD800 IS Digital Camera 1270B001.
