can you use this Trijicon Night Sight Sets for Browning Hi-Power in no light enviorment? how do the work? are they fiber opics like in a ACOG scope?

Yes, you can use Trijicon Night Sight Sets for Browning Hi-Power in no light envirnment. They are tritium illuminated.
