Accuracy/best for price.

I`ve heard that the bushnell`s are around 10% inaccurate. This has put me off getting one of them.
Against the Leica`s, the Bushnell (450 sport I believe) was 10% out.
Seeing as accuracy is what they are intended for, can anyone vouch for a brand or rangefinder that IS accurate.
I was thinking of the Leupold RXI or RXII.
Basically I`m after a cheap as possible rangefinder that can range on smaller objects and that is accurate.

Accuracy is partially a matter of the unit and partially a matter of ambient conditions, target and so on. Plus or minus one yard is average for nearly all field rangefinders. If accuracy is your main concern, you won't get it in a small handheld or in an inexpensive unit.

The Leupold will be no more or less accurate than comparably priced units by Bushnell, Nikon and so forth and much of what you pay with the Leupolds will be on features that have nothing to do with the accuracy. Thank`s for the reply.
Can you say either way that the Bushnell`s are accurate or inaccurate such as the 10% some people are saying.
I realise a yard or so is acceptable, but 10yds inaccuracy at 100yds isn`t in my opinion.
