I am looking for a flash for my gently used, new to me , k1000 asahi Pentax film camera, a autorobo shoe mount electronic flash.can you help

Hi Julie

The best suggestion I have to find a shoe mount flash for your Pentax K1000 is to visit a pawn shop or a camera shop. This great old camera has been around forever and there would be no shortage of used flash units available.

If you want to go new, you will find that most flash units are designed
around AF (autoficus) SLRs, but you may still find one that works on your
K1000. Again, a visit to your local camera shop would be the place to start.
