how would LOMO ELF-1 Night Vision Scope work for boating and what is the range?

Hi

You can use any NV for boating, but the best choice would be a waterproof model such as the Night Owl Marine.
There is no set range for any NV due to all the variables involved, but a pocket model such as the ELF will be limited to about 50 yards on an average night.
