LOMO P-111 Modular Brightfield Microscope

HI,

I am considering the Meade microscope kit Product Code: ME-MI-08018 for $99 or the LOMO LA-MI-P-111 and the Meade Slides ME-MA-08051 + KO-MA-5051 tool accessory. I am looking for a good quality microscope to be used as a hobby, but not a toy. Our last microscope broke after 2 days. I don't want that to happen again. I also would like a good clear view thru the lens. I would prefer a microscope kit, but don't want to compromise on quality just to get a kit.

Hi

You've chosen well. The LOMO P-111 is a stripped down version of a real research grade microscope. It is not a toy and it does not have anything in common with other microscopes in its price range. Highly recommended.
