I was wondering if the 19-piece microscope set in this auction comes in the blue case, such as the 28 piece kit does? Please let me know how it is packaged, if not. thanks so much!

No, Meade Microscope 900x w/ 19-piece Accessory Kit comes in a clear plastic and styrafoam container.
