Hi.
I bought a SpeedTrac unit from you about a year ago and I'm not all that
happy with it. It has a rather narrow range of operation (from a placement
viewpoint) and gives too many flaky readings. So I'm looking to add a
hand-held unit to our softball 'tool-box.'
How does the SRA3000 compare with the Bushnell Velocity and Speedster
models? I've used a friend's Velocity a bit, and I have to say it can also
be a bit flaky. Is the SRA3000 more dependable and reliable? How is the
durability of the SRA3000 compared with the lower-priced Bushnell units? Is
the SR3600 all that much better for the additional $100.
I would rate either of the Sportsradar guns to be better performers and more
reliable than the Bushnell's. If you are using a gun for difficult
applications, i.e, small targets at high speeds, I would certainly recommend
moving up to the Sports Radar Gun SR3600. _________________ Thanks for posting with us
