I was wondering if they is a radar gun that can detect the speed of a car coming head on if you are in a moving car headed towards the tagert
car.

Hi

Not in a handheld. You would need to go to an in-car system like the Decatur Genesis I Police Radar In-car Moving Traffic Safety Radar System.
