ESS ICE Rx Inserts

Hi OpticsPlanet:

I recently purchased the ESS ICE 2.4 system with wire Rx inserts from you. While I am very pleased with the product, I am very unhappy with Lenscrafters attempt to fit lenses to them. What do I need to pass along to them for best results with the Rx frames? Also, if I am still dissatisfied with them, can you fit the lenses for me?

Hi Brian

We don't do the Rx work on site for any of our sunglasses - it is all sent to specialized labs. For ESS inserts, we are currently looking for a lab to handle this line and hopefully we will be able to add this service soon for our ESS customers.

For now, the best approach would be to visit directly with ESS for their recommendations. You can contact them at 1-877-726-4072 or visit their website at http://www.essgoggles.com for advice on proper fit.
