Hi. I note from the yukon website that for its digital night vision model a 940nm high wavelength infra illuminator is used to prevent detection from naked eye/ Normal NVDs. Is the illuminator really as described? invisible to naked vision?

Hi

If you are in a direct line and looking at the unit, you will still see a red dot glowing in the illuminator. They were referring to the fact that the IR light being emitted is not visible to the naked eye.
