night vision for policeing for about £500

What do you recommend? Head mounted if possible.

Hi,
If you're looking for a Gen 1 unit, I would recommend the Bushnell 1x20 Night Vision Goggles. This unit has very easy to adjust headgear that is also comfortable to wear. The Night Vision goggle is lightweight and will not try to pull down in your face like some of the larger units.
If you are looking for a monocular, Bushnell makes the 1x20 Night Vision Tactical Monocular Goggle which uses the same style headgear.
