Yukon 4x50 vs Yukon 5x42

After learning the 5x42 is out of stock, I noticed the 4x50 is a lot cheaper. Is it as good though?

Hi,

This goes back to the digital vs. traditional argument. The Digital will give you a flatter field of view with less distortion all around. The Yukon NVMT 4x50 is a Gen 1 unit. This will look as if you are viewing through a fishbowl. The Yukon NVMT series has many (optional) accessories that the Yukon Digital Night Ranger does not have, such as rifle mounts, camera adapters, head mounts, and interchangeable objectives to obtain different levels of magnification. The Traditional night vision will most likely last longer than the digital.
Best regards,

Ryan W.
