Differences between ATN Night Spirit 2+ and PS-14-2???

I see the Night Spirit 2+ for $999 and was wondering what this lacks that the PS-14-2 has?

Specs for both units looks to be the same.

Also, what diameter is the front "ring" right behind the objective lens? Can I use it in a PVS-14 type mount?

Here are a few benefits that the PS14 has over the Night Spirit

Waterproof vs. Water Resistant
Camera Adaptable (Adapter sold separately)
Can be made into a 4x or 6.5x bi-ocular
Weapon Mountable (Mount sold separately)

The PS14 uses a different weapon mount than the PVS-14 and is available with the camera adapter, 3x lens, head mount, and many other accessories in the Advanced Package #2

The same accessories without the camera adapter is the Select Package #2
