Bushnell 1x20mm 1x Generation 1 Goggles
Hi,
Regarding the Bushnell (Mfr# 261020). Is the maximum viewing distance for this article only 30m (100 feet)? Seems strange when other units like the US Night Vision D-2MV claim 300 feet (100m).
Help appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi,
I would have to say that the listed viewing range of this unit is for zero light conditions while using the built in IR illuminator. All gen 1 units have similar performance with a full moon clear skies range of about 100 yards to distinguish between a man and a dog, but not necessarilty between a man and woman of equal size.
