I am hunting pigs/hogs in TX. In TX, it is perfectly legal to spotlight, bait, etc. Thus, night vision is perfectly legal as well. I prefer not spotlighting, but stalking. A night vision scope, or an "add-on" to my existing scope would be great, but I am not sure what, or how to buy. Price is not necessarily an object. I either shoot a 325WSM or a 7mm.
Thanks

If price is not an object, there is only one way to go... the ATN PS22 in second or third generation. You can use the daytime optics on your favorite gun and simply attach this NV unit to the front of your scope, turning it into a night vision device. It works best with lower power, but shots on coyote sized animals are possible up to a couple hundred yards in good ambient light conditions. The PS22 mounting adapter is available to fit up to a 50mm objective lens, and attaches in about 5 seconds. The unit may also be used as a stand-alone monocular.

Re: Night vision Rifle Scope - High Power Rifle
i know this post is kinda old, I have a mark 4 8.5x25 with ill tmr, and also a meopta R1 3x12x56 what would you recommend for me? distance between feeder and blind is 100 exactly, but also want to do predator hunts also and they maybe a tad over 250 for sure.. i have a .257 weatherby mag for the Meopta and a custom .308 for the leupold scope. BTW I got the Meopta from you guys about a little over a month and let me tell you she is BEAUTIFUL.
Thanks,

Re: Night vision Rifle Scope - High Power Rifle
Can't tell you a PS-22 would work on either one. It won't fit a 56mm objective, and 8.5 power on the Leupold is quite a high magnification to start with. The 250 yard range is also asking too much, sorry to say, especially with 8.5 power.
