digital night vision

Newbie considering Bushnell digital stealthview for recreational animal viewing Any reason to consider ANY other gen 1 or 1+ monoculars? Any specific situation where gen 1 would be better? Stargazing? Thanks for input.

Never tried it on stars, but the digitals are better performing units than any gen one units in all categories besides battery life. Money well spent. The Stealthview is one of the best.
