ATN MK390 Paladin
Have a customer that bought 2 pcs of this sight from us, he claims that both sights have the reticle "moving" inside the scope when the ocular part is being adjusted. None of the sights can be "sighted in" correctly and both have huge 20 inches variation between shots when shooting at a target. We have sold some of these scopes before but never had any problems like this, comments appreciated.

Assuming it is not user or equipment error, the units are defective. They need to be sent to ATN for repair or replacement. Highly unusual. They are very good unit and we don't have issues with them.

Thanks for answer, I just talked to the customer of mine again. It seems that the reticle is moving inside the tube when the ocular is being adjusted, since the ocular part is very loosely set it makes the ocular move slightly between shots..
Is this a problem you recognize? He bought 2 scopes from us and both will be returned, I also have another customer describing the same problem, so there's a total of 3 "defective" scopes. Does ATN has a representative that can make a comment regarding this?

ATN MK390
ATN Rep,
This problem is very unusual, we sell hundreds of the MK390s and what you are describing is very odd. If the operator was trying to adjust the rear diopter and for some reason over twisted one way or the other causing the rear diopter to strip off the eyepiece this may cause the issue, but again very strange and highly unusual. Please contact us for an RMA# and assistance.
