Yukon Ranger to Canada?

Is the Yukon Ranger classified as a Gen 1 device? Can it be shipped to Canada?

Digital night vision monoculars are not export restricted. We can ship the Ranger to Canada.

Huh? I just tried to purchase a Yukon NVMT 4x50 Multitask Night Vision Monocular 24027
and was emailed to inform that it can't be exported to me here in Canada. I thought this
was a Gen1 monocular. What gives?

Due to the NVMT series from Yukon being weapons mountable ready, these unfortunately cannot be exported.
