I'm a British national (ie: English!) who's about to leave for the US. I'll have a US shipping address for the duration of my stay.
Is the ATN Viper exportable back to the UK/England?

Gen 1 monoculars, binoculars and goggles are not restricted. You are fine on the Viper. Gen 1 rifelscopes are restricted, however, as are all riflescopes.
