A good friend of mine has had this Oldelft HV 5x80 riflescope for a number of years, and is interested in selling it to upgrade to a more modern, lighter weight NV scope.
He asked me about a reasonable asking price for the scope, as I don't think he recalls what he paid for it, as he bought it as a package attached to a rifle.
From the little information I have found on it, it is a Gen1 NV scope, and reportedly was issued by the Iraqi army during the Gulf War, so it likely returned with a US soldier. It is in great cosmetic shape and is functionally perfect.
Does anyone have any idea what this is worth?

I would keep checking the auction sites such as Ebay. I found a link to one that sold in Europe for 900 Euros or about $1100.00. The condition was not stated and I am not familiar with their demand here or internationally.
