ATN vs Whoever?

On another forum ATN was really bashed about quality, so I camme here to get some advice. I'm looking at the ATN PS-22 and would appreciate some input from you guys. Also Have there been any updates to this product for 2010? And what is the basic difference between Gen 3 and 3 plus? If there is a better product out there that will do the same thing please tell me about it.

ATN is still the only option for a clip on NV unit. The other units are for military use and cost thousands more. The PS-22 is an excellent unit. Resolution on a gen 3 is about 64 LPM. LPM on a hand picked 3A may be from 64-72. They have the best performance of the gen 3 tubes. Every tube is an individual.
