Starter Night Vision Choice - Choosing Between 2

Postby newbie1111 on Fri Apr 29, 2011 1:02 am

Hello,

I'm planning to buy my first starter night vision. Choosing between the Bushnell 260200 and Yukon 24027. Links below. This would just be for camping and checking out the yard when I heard weird noises (50-100 yards). The Yukon looks better on paper, but I'm not sure. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

If you can put a little more into it, I would go with a digital unit. You will get a much further recognition range and a better image. this Yukon Twilight DNV would be a great choice.

Unfortunately I think $200 is about all I am spending on this first device. Do you think I should just hold off and budget for a digital one?

If you had to pick between one of the two, which one would be a better choice?

Thanks!

If I were choose one of the two, I would go with the Yukon. I do like their night vision products more so. If possible, I would also hold off for the digital unit. For a little more money you get a lot more range.
