Info on the Varo Noctron IV?

I just came into possession of a Varo Noctron IV, Model 9814, Night Vision Viewer. I don't know anything about this kind of equipment and am finding next to nothing online about this particular model. Does anyone know it's approximate value and the best way to resell it?

As Gen 1 tubes became relatively inexpensive as to what they were years ago many company's began putting out Gen 1 night vision monoculars. Chances are this is just a 1 hit wonder model from a company. Fair value if in nice shape would be between $100-$200, $200 assuming like new in the box. A good chance for reselling would be any of the auction sites.
