Looking for monocular
I am looking for a monocular to mount behind my Eotech sight with 3x or less magnification. Gen 1 is fine since my shots should all be within 100yrds. Just needs to be able to mount to a rail or attach to rings. Thanks for all the input.

Re: Looking for monocular
Really you would need to go with a NVM14 or PVS14. These are the models built to be effectively used with red dot sights. an have mounting solutions as well. The NVM14 in gen 2 would be the most cost efficient way of completing this set up. A gen 2 NVM will give you a range of around 175-200 meters depending on ambient conditions. If you are just looking to stay within 100 meters you may want to go with a Gen 1 night scope. A gen 1 MK390 would be a great choice for a dedicated NV scope and will run about $500.

let me know what direction you take, either monocular or dedicated NV scope. we can explore the options in those categories then.

Re: Looking for monocular
I have been doing some more looking around and found theses what can you tell me about them.
Any of the products by Minox
Sightmark 2x24 Ghost Hunter Night Vision Rifle Scope
Yukon 3x42 Night Vision Rifle Scope
The last two are set up for rail mounting already when I found them they where under rifle scopes but did not see any rectile in the pictures for them. While the first one is just monoculars but small enought that couls be mounted with the right parts.
Thanks again Jon
