Is this Possible ?

I would like to know if the following scenario would be possible. Is there a product available that could be worn on a headgear while calling until a predator is spotted and then installed on a picatinny rail for use on either a Leupold vx style scope or 512 eotech ? I would prefer at least gen.2. I would also prefer not to spend over around $2000.

Sure, a PVS-14 monocular will fit the bill. You can get head and weapon mounts with quick detach features as well as use it with an Eotech 512. Doesn't work as well with a traditional scope due to eye relief and recoil consideration.
