NOT ABLE TO SEE IMAGE
So i sent the item and got a replacement and i still cant see any image. I changed different batteries, including rechargable one to no avail.
i am new to night vision, can you tell me if iam doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated
Make sure the IR is on and operational. Gen 1 is fairly useless without the IR under average conditions. If you continue to have problems, contact Yukon atat 1-817-453-9966 or visit their website at http://www.yukonamericas.com/ or see us for an exchange.
