I used to own a polarized sunglasses. It's great for driving, however whenever I see the side or the rearview mirrors, I always see a purplish reflection on the back window and on the road. Is this normal? I'm thinking of getting a serengeti sunglasses with 555nm polarized lens, however if the purplish reflection is going to be there, I'm thinking of a non polarized lens.

Hi

Polarized lenses always have the potential of showing color and other inconsistencies when using them to look through windshields or other glass objects. If you find that objectionable, use a standard drivers lens.
