I was wondering if it would be a good/bad idea to wear sunglasses inside if your house is well lit?

Hi

It's neither good nor bad. As long as your eyes are comfortable for what ever you are doing, wear sunglasses if you want. If you are having trouble seeing or your eyes are becoming fatigued, take them off.

Sunglasses are made to protect your eyes from UV rays that come from the sun.I don't think that you need them indoors.Only if you want to look cool, or hide your eyes from other people.
