We need a radar gun. Can Bushnell Velocity Speed Gun - Radar Gun 101911 track mph for planes with wingspans of 24 inch, 36 inch, 48inch or 60 inch? At what distance? How close or how high up?

Hi

There are too many variables involved to quote you a distance for any radar gun, but the smaller and/or faster the target, the better the radar gun needed. The Bushnell may work for you, but I'd recommend a better unit such as the Sports Radar Tracer SRA3000 Sport Radar Gun w/ Trigger / Continuous / Average Modes, Stats.
