I am looking for a rangefinder that can provide accuracy in measurements on animals at 600 yds at least (no! not planning on shooting that far out
I loved the leica CRF 900 that I tried, but I know the range incline is a nice feature to have specially if hunting inclines. Also tried the Bushnell ARC 1000, but seemed like it has a lot of clutter on the screen. Anything in the leica class, that has a clean screen and just reads horizontal distance to target? (no need to get "holdover" measurements, since they vary with load).
Should I just pick the leica and be happy with it? Is the angle correction that important at shooting distances with a flat shooting caliber like the 7mm Rem Mag?
Thanks!
