Bushnell Pinseeker 1500

I am looking to buy a range finder that I can use for both golf and hunting. I have read that the Bushnell 1500 range finder has the capability to switch between near object and far object (brush mode) modes. My question is does the Pinseeker 1500 have the same capability or will it only work for ranging the nearest object?

It has both.

Standard mode, which features scanning, works like any rangefinder for getting the the range to the most distant objects. The Pinseeker mode is the nearest target priority mode.
