Good afternoon,
I was wondering if you could help me determine which microscope would best suit my needs. I am looking at cells and tissues. I need to be able to see if there is any damage to the cells within the tissue. Also we would like to run a test to see the level of cell disruption we achieve with different homoginization/ sonication protocols. Thank you in advance for all your help.

Hi

I would recommend a phase contrast version of the LABOROSCOPE AL-3000 Trinocular Microscope, BF.
