Price is the best indicator of quality. All of those are good series.
Go with a 30mm tube if you need that size for your current mounts, but a 30mm tube does nothing for the optics or image brightness. A 30mm tube only allows more range of adjustment in windage and elevation. It does nothing for the optics, despite popular notions to the contrary. Going to a 30mm tube also greatly reduces your choices and typically restricts you to tactical style scopes. In an Elite 4200, try the 4200 Tactical 6-24x50 Another option is any Leupold with an LR (long range) in the designation). All LR versions have a 30mm tube, again, for more windage and elevation adjustments.
