It has been years since I've checked out riflescopes and needless to say the choices are confusing. I have the same Redfield Widefield 3X9 on my Ruger M77 7mm Mag that I mounted when I bought my rifle and I want to replace it. I will be hunting elk in New Mexico and caribou in Alaska. I saw the Nikon Monarch mentioned in a few posts. Any thoughts?
Thanks....

Re: Replacement for Redfield 3x9
The Nikon Monarch 2.5-10x42 is one of my all-time favorite scopes and a best buy. I highly recommend them. Very rugged and bright.
