Leupold on Browning BLR question

I have a Browning BLR 7mm-08 on order. I have a VX-3 40mm. I need to buy the rings to go on a STD 2 pc base. My question is will the Std low (.650) rings work with this set up ? I appreciate your help on this.

Yes sir, the Low rings will work well on your setup and keep the scope low to the barrel.
