Hello,
Please could you recommend a tripod which would go with Oberwerk 22x100mm.

For a binocular that size, you will need a heavy duty tripod. I'd recommend the Zhumell Heavy-Duty Tripod TRIYH324C, or the Bogen Manfrotto 3180N Tripod and Head Kit as a minimum. No other adapter needed.
