I have trouble tracking the ball during our night games due to the lights and the night sky. What color lens is best for this type of situation? Do you recommend any specific eyewear/lens combo for night games? And I'm also looking for an interchangeable lens, so that I can swap out lenses during bright sunny days.

TIA!

Hi Yer Boi,

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. We had some technical difficulties at this end.

Have you seen the Parole and Vigilante glasses from Bolle? The two are similarly styled but the Vigilante is a little bigger with a little more wrap around the sides. Both feature shatter-proof polycarbonate lenses that are interchangeable and come in a wide variety of shades.

A yellow lens is an excellent choice for night play and would be bright and provide sharp contrast. We don't offer a yellow or "lemon" colored lens in our standard packages but we offer lenses separately.

We have a number of customers who use these glasses for baseball with the Eaglevision 2 lens which is normally recommended for golf. People use it for both day and night play. A number of our basic packages come with the Eaglevision 2 and other lenses to wear off the field. You might also consider the Competivision lens designed for tennis which brings out a yellow ball.

There is a package for the Parole with a Vermillion colored lens, which is a red, and that would have a similar brightening effect like the yellow.
