Does anybody know about it or know where I can get info on it..I know it is an older model and not too special(i don't think. any help would be great Thanks

Hi Mike

Your Meade Model 290 is a 60mm refractor with a focal ratio of f15. It comes with an equatorial mount and a 5x24 finder scope. The most important feature, however, form a selling standpaoint, is that it it takes the older .965" diameter eyepieces. If you are missing any of the eyepieces, it might be hard for a prospective customer to obtain them.
