What to buy from this selection

Ok so I've been doing some research and have a some-what narrowed down list of potential buys. With each binocular i'm not sure yet if I want to go with the 8x or 10x but besides that which one is the best.

burris landmark II roof 8x42 or 10x42
bushnell H20 roof 8x42 or 10x42
Bushnell Legend 10x42 porro
Bushnell Trophy 2.0 8x42
pentax DCF HR II 10x42
Leupold Wind River Olympic 8x42
Leupold Wind Rive Cascade 8x42 or 10x42
Leupold Wind Rive Mesa porro 8x42
Nikon Monarch 8x42 or 10x42
Bushnell Trophy 2.0 8x42

I want some thing that will be good for both birdwatching and hunting and is water proof. Also there is a few porro prisms in there. I'm not sure if I would want those but in your opinion how do those range and if there are any out there that are compairable. Heard good things about eagle optics.. My price range is not more than around $300

Out of your listed choices, the Bushnell Legend is by far the best binos for the money.
