Clueless wife needs help getting Christmas present!!!

Hi... so, I'm the typical clueless gal who's trying to get a good gift for my husband for Christmas. He wants a night vision rifle scope for his Winchester 30-30 (model 94AE) to help take care of the coyotes that have been ravaging our dogs as of late. The most I'm safe spending is probably around $400. Obviously that limits options, but it's all I can work with. Suggestions? I've been reading a lot about the scopes, but I can't really find an overall opinion on quality of certain brands. Any help is VERY VERY VERY appreciated!!!!

At that price, unfortunately, our options are a bit limited in a night vision riflescope. He will also need to equip his rifle with a weaver style scope base. Don't currently have one here for you, but you should have no problem getting one locally at a gunshop.
