My girls received a Sakar digital camera for christmas. I have downloaded the software. The camera has new batteries. It will only take one picture or advance to the #01. and nothing else. When we try to download that one picture a window on the computer says driver failed. Do you have any suggestions? I have already uninstalled everything and started over twice. I also opened 2 new packages of batteries. Thank you for any input. Kelly E.

We purchased the same camera and its doing the same thing. Let me know if you figure it out.
