Night Vision with recording capabilities

So, what would you recommend for these needs I have? I need night vision, recording cappabilities, a very good zoom and delivery to Mexico (this one if possible, otherwise I can have it sent here through an special office in Texas)

Hi

No Night Vision device has zoom capabilty and all NVs are low magnfication instruments. NV is a low resolution technology and too much magnification only degrades the image. That's why you won't find an NV with more than 5 or 6x magnifcation. Laslty, keep in mind, that Night Vision is about seeing in the dark, not about seeing great distances.

The performance you need is a matter of target size and distance you need to observe. Gen 1 or equivalent instruments will ahve a detection range on a man sized target out to about 100 yards under excellent conditions, but to recognize facial features you will need to be much closer.

At $200, you are not going to get more performance than a Gen 1.
