I have poor eyesight and wondering if a couple of Zeiss 3x12B Classic Series and Vectories Tripler-X Monoculars could be merged for close up use in making jewelry

Hi

No, that requires a mechanism that could provide collimation of the two optical systems and is simply not a practical alternative. Try a stereo microscope such as the LOMO SF-50 Stereo Microscope.
