Can you tell me if your heat-seeking devices will help me detect rodents in the home? This area has had a big problem due to all the rain and I've had to throw out 3 recliners because they were being used to nest in. Please advise. Thanks
Laura
Sorry, heat seekers do not have the necessary sensitivity to detect heat readings through furniture. The stuffing and fabric act as insulators.
The only type of thermal equipment that will read through that amount of insulation are thermal imagers, but they are prohinitvely expensive. They start with something like the Raytheon X100xp Thermal-Eye Camera. _________________ Thanks for posting with us
